Complyance Named to Euro Seed 50, Joining Europe’s Most Promising Startups Backed by Global Investors
Complyance is a comprehensive compliance management platform that offers automation, AI, and no-code configuration helping companies achieve and monitor compliance.
Complyance, the enterprise-grade compliance automation platform founded by an American-led team in London, has been named to the 2025 Euro Seed 50—a list curated by Creandum that highlights Europe’s most promising seed-stage startups. Led by Founder and CEO Richa Kaul, Complyance stands out for its operational maturity, Fortune 500 client base, and U.S.-first business strategy despite its UK headquarters.
“I don’t use the word ‘startup’ to describe Complyance, and I don’t talk about our London roots,” the CEO shared in a LinkedIn post. “We benefit from the talent pool and lower costs in the UK & EU while running with the fast-moving culture and innovation-first mindset of the U.S. market. It’s the best of both worlds.”
Selected by Top VCs and Angels
The Euro Seed 50 was compiled by Creandum in collaboration with over 20 seed funds, angels, and solo GPs from across Europe. Judges included:
Jason Lemkin (Founder, SaaStr)
Ophelia Brown (Founder, Blossom Capital)
Sonali De Rycker (Partner, Accel)
Carlos Espinal (Managing Partner, Seedcamp)
Mehdi Ghissassi (ex-DeepMind, Head of Product at Character.ai)
Simon Schmincke (General Partner, Creandum)
Complyance was chosen based on standout signals of product-market fit, founder strength, and global relevance—hallmarks of what Creandum calls “the next generation of European entrepreneurship.”
In Good Company
Complyance joins a strong cohort of companies named to the Euro Seed 50, including:
Cala AI (design-to-delivery fashion supply chain automation)
Clairifye (AI in ophthalmology)
Everyday (AI mental health support)
Gradient Labs (personalized health tech)
nexos.ai (AI-native insurance operations)
Jack & Jill (early education platforms)
Each of the 50 companies will be invited to a private founder-only event in London this September to connect, workshop shared challenges, and hear from seasoned leaders like Markus Villig (Bolt), Jonas Templestein (Monzo), and Manny Medina (Paid).
Complyance’s inclusion not only marks a milestone for the company but validates its approach to compliance—mature, mission-driven, and laser-focused on delivering value at enterprise scale.
