The Cru
The Cru is a peer-coaching and professional development platform designed to help women accelerate their personal and professional growth. Using a proprietary algorithm, the platform matches members into "Crus"—accountability circles of ten women who share similar professional levels but diverse backgrounds. These groups work together through a structured curriculum to achieve specific life and career goals. In 2023, The Cru was acquired by Luminary, a global collaboration hub and community for women, to further scale its mission of female advancement.
