Welcome to Founders Everywhere, where we highlight the incredible people behind the companies we’ve backed at Everywhere Ventures, a global pre-seed fund supported by a community of 500 founders and operators.
Investors often struggle to sell their private market investments and access their money when they need it. Unlike publicly traded stocks, private market investments can be difficult, expensive and time-consuming to sell. The process is especially challenging for smaller investors because transactions often require a lot of manual work and access to specialized financial expertise. Tangible uses proprietary technology to help investors, GPs, wealth managers and private companies create, access, and manage liquidity across private markets. The team works across LP secondaries, GP-led transactions, tender offers and pre-IPO companies. Tangible is also building the infrastructure that lets wealth managers and private banks offer secondary liquidity to their clients at scale. As liquidity becomes increasingly central to private markets distribution, Tangible has emerged as a leading player in the wealth channel.
Co-founder and Managing Partner Nathan Sutton spent 15 years investing, building businesses and executing cross-border transactions across Europe, the US and Asia. He met his co-founder, Khalil Hibri, while working on a deal a few years ago. They were both working in private equity and they stayed in touch, meeting once or twice a year to exchange ideas. They saw that liquidity solutions weren’t reaching their investors, so they set out to change that by building Tangible.
What’s Tangible’s North Star?
Our North Star is to become the go-to liquidity partner for the wealth channel and the leading tech-enabled advisor for larger institutional transactions and pre-IPO secondaries.
What sets Tangible apart?
We combine technology with white-glove institutional advisory. Our dedicated marketplaces were built alongside major wealth managers and fund managers around their specific needs. For bespoke transactions, we pair that technology with an experienced deal team. Private-market investments represent a meaningful part of someone’s wealth and they need careful advice, not just a marketplace listing.
How does Tangible inspire “customer love”?
Our product is built by people who understand the industry, so it anticipates clients’ questions and needs. Customers appreciate the intuitive interface and the combination of thoughtful technology with personalized institutional advice.
Tell us about some recent milestone that Tangible crushed.
We launched our first product after six months and generated revenue from day one, reaching profitability after a year before reinvesting in growth. Within 18 months, one of the world’s largest wealth managers trusted us to build its platform. Last year, we also completed a nearly $100 million pre-IPO transaction, which opened an entirely new business line.
We also launched credit solutions, so investors can now choose to sell their positions or borrow against them. Later in 2026, we plan to fully launch liquidity solutions for evergreen products, working directly with fund managers.
How has your background shaped you as a founder?
I have always worked at the intersection of finance and entrepreneurship. By the time we started Tangible, my co-founder and I had already seen many of the challenges involved in building businesses. That experience helped us approach the transition with a clearer understanding of what to expect.
Fun fact:
I was born and raised in Milan, but you wouldn’t guess it from my name. In Italy, people ask about it and abroad, they ask why I have an Italian accent. My parents chose it because they liked it and it also has a family connection.
