Dollaride and Revel Partner to Electrify Brooklyn Commuter Vans
Dollaride is an innovative technology platform that connects people living in transit deserts to private ride-sharing networks.
Dollaride, a Brooklyn-based company focused on providing clean transportation solutions to underserved communities, has partnered with Revel, a local electric mobility company, in a joint effort to support disadvantaged residents throughout Brooklyn. This strategic collaboration involves Revel offering support to Dollaride's commuter van fleet, which is undergoing a transition to electric vehicles. In support of this initiative, Revel is providing discounted charging services and guaranteed charging spaces at its flagship Superhub located in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Notably, Revel's Superhub stands as the largest public fast charging station in North America, enabling Dollaride's commuter vans to achieve rapid charging. This partnership holds significant potential for advancing electric vehicle adoption in New York, with a particular focus on serving underserved communities and fostering a more sustainable and accessible future for EVs.
“We are excited to work with Revel to ensure commuter van drivers transitioning to EVs can confidently and successfully operate them with consistent access to affordable fast charging,” said Su Sanni, co-founder and CEO of Dollaride.
