Eudia Named to Business Insider’s List of Top Legaltech Startups of 2025
Eudia provides AI-driven solutions tailored for legal departments, enhancing efficiency and security through advanced automation and data analysis tools.
Business Insider just released its list of the top legaltech startups of 2025–and Eudia earned a spot alongside the industry’s fastest-growing names.
Founded in 2023 by Omar Haroun (who previously founded and sold Text IQ to Relativity), Eudia exited stealth earlier this year with $105 million in funding and a sharp focus: build AI for in-house legal teams, not traditional law firms.
Eudia’s Augmented Intelligence Platform is built specifically for Fortune 500 legal departments. Unlike point solutions or generic AI tools, Eudia creates a centralized “legal brain” for each enterprise—custom agents that can navigate internal systems, analyze contracts, surface risks, and help legal teams deliver more strategic value without adding headcount.
That focus is already paying off. Customers like Cargill, Duracell, DHL, and Coherent have called Eudia “transformational,” crediting it for helping their legal functions move from reactive to proactive. With AI doing the heavy lifting on routine legal analysis, teams have more time for planning, strategy, and business enablement.
As Business Insider notes, 2025 has been a banner year for legaltech, with over $1 billion in capital raised sector-wide. Eudia’s inclusion in the top 10 list signals not only strong investor confidence, but also growing demand for legal AI that’s purpose-built for the enterprise.
Also named to this year’s list: Harvey, Luminance, Legora, Supio, Eve, Spellbook, Paxton, Theo AI, and Marveri.
