Ariglad is a platform that uses AI to empower customer service, IT, and human resources teams. By automating mundane tasks and providing a more efficient way to manage tickets, Ariglad allows professionals to shift their focus towards more important work. Ariglad comes from the Danish term “arbejdsglade,” which translates to “happy at work.” As a double meaning “Ari” in Turkish means
“bee,” so Ariglad literally means “bee glad”! This analogy extends to the remarkable nature of worker bees, who like back office teams, are often underrated, yet essential to the harmony of the ecosystem.
Sophie Wyne, the CEO and co-founder of Ariglad, has worked in diverse roles in government, pharmaceuticals, and cybersecurity including being the Customer Success Manager at one of the largest cybersecurity firms in Canada. She knew there could be a better solution using technology to make the workflow for back office teams more efficient. She joined up with Ali Avci, CTO and co-founder, to create Ariglad. She shares more about the company and how they’re helping teams save time and be more productive.
What’s the history behind Ariglad?
I think like most startups, Ariglad has been an evolution. It began with me working in the Customer Success space, and just seeing an opportunity for improvement when it came to ticketing systems as a whole, both external and internal. We did extensive market research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and pain points. We're integrating AI to make sure support teams are better, faster, stronger, and that our product aligns seamlessly with the current way of working.
What is Ariglad’s North Star?
Our North Star is to use AI to reduce admin work and artificial tasks, allowing teams to tackle more complex and meaningful problems.
What sets Ariglad apart?
Our differentiation comes from a deep understanding of ticketing systems and all the nuanced background details required for admin work. We’ve moved into the AI space to put that into turbo mode and give our customers what they need to become more successful.
How does Ariglad inspire “customer love”?
Customers love our product because we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a phenomenal onboarding experience. We ensure customers feel heard and we consistently receive feedback that their experience improves as they continue to work with us.
Tell us about a recent milestones Ariglad crushed.
Recently, we used AI to create a tailored knowledge base for a customer. We ran 50,000 emails through our algorithm, which seamlessly integrates with various communication platforms like email, Slack, Zendesk, or whatever a customer uses. This involves analyzing the communications and extracting valuable information. By using AI, we analyzed their support tickets and created and updated their knowledge base articles. It also learned from past wording to deliver the right results when they search for answers.
Fun fact: I'm a Vancouver, Canada native but live in Copenhagen, Denmark. It’s where my family is from originally, so I speak fluent Danish.
