&you Is Building Southeast Asia’s Most Trusted Healthcare Platform, Backed by Global Investor Interest
&you is a 100% online telehealth clinic in the Philippines, connecting patients with licensed healthcare professionals for personalized treatment plans.
Global investors are eyeing Southeast Asia’s digital health boom, and Manila-based startup &you is emerging as one of the region’s most promising early bets. As featured in Entrepreneur, &you has secured pre-seed funding from a group of international investors led by New York-based venture firm Everywhere Ventures.
Co-founded by Emil Eriksen and Roland Ros the company is taking on some of the region’s most neglected and misunderstood health issues, with a broader goal of becoming Southeast Asia’s most seamless and trusted online healthcare platform.
A Region Ripe for Change
“Despite a dynamic global trade environment, the macro tailwinds behind Southeast Asia and the Philippines in particular are unquestionable,” said Scott Hartley, co-founder and managing partner of Everywhere Ventures. “We believe in rising prosperity, the incredible power of an expanding middle class, and the demand that creates quality healthcare products.”
The market opportunity is significant. Southeast Asia’s digital healthcare sector is projected to exceed $22 billion by 2030, growing at more than 18 percent annually. But across the region, barriers like cost, access, and trust continue to block millions from receiving reliable care. &you is tackling these gaps head-on.
Local Problems, Local Solutions
In the Philippines, 90 percent of people self-medicate—not by preference, but out of necessity. Seven in ten rural patients travel hours to see a specialist. Nearly half of Filipinos can’t reach a clinic within 30 minutes. And 50 percent of families face financial hardship just trying to access care.
&you is offering a different model: one that blends licensed doctor consultations, FDA-compliant treatments, and end-to-end care via a fully digital platform. No clinic visits required. “We’re addressing unique regional challenges such as disrupted supply chains, user-unfriendly platforms, and a significant trust deficit,” said Eriksen. “Our goal is to make getting help feel as easy and safe as ordering food.”
Designed for Southeast Asia, Not Just Adapted
Unlike Western health tech platforms that struggle to localize, &you was built from the ground up for Southeast Asia’s infrastructure and behavior. From mobile onboarding and medical intake to prescriptions and nationwide delivery, the platform is fully integrated and optimized for the region.
Clinical credibility is at the core. All care is delivered by licensed professionals, and every treatment follows strict regulatory compliance. The company emphasizes not just affordability, but trust, safety, and quality.
Early Momentum and What’s Ahead
Since launching in April, &you has already attracted thousands of customers and is poised for rapid expansion. The company plans to use the new capital to grow its engineering team, expand local operations, and launch new care verticals over the next year.
“Healthcare doesn’t work here the way it should,” said Eriksen. “We’re fixing that — one problem, one product, and one person at a time.” As international investors seek exposure to emerging markets with rising consumer demand and tech-driven solutions, &you is carving out a leadership position in one of the region’s most critical and underserved sectors.
